Consumer returns will not be accepted unless a valid Return Authorization is first acquired from the Manufacturer. Authorized returns must be clearly marked on the outside of the package with an RA number and the package is shipped freight with pre-paid postage. Consumer returns that do not meet these standards will be refused.

Halo Prime Product FAQs
1)Why isn’t the battery included?
The battery isn’t included with the Prime Series because of both shipping logistics and pricing. Shipping the battery with the grill requires different shipping methods and warning labels which would drive the unit price higher. Additionally, the Prime Series can be powered by the included AC Adapter. Therefore, the main unit price can remain lower for those consumers that prefer AC adapter operation. The added cost of the battery is only incurred by those interested in the battery-powered operation of their pellet grill.
2) Are the Prime Pellet Grills app compatible/Bluetooth?
Yes! The Prime550, Prime1100, and Prime1500 can connect to our app via Bluetooth and WiFi allowing you to monitor and change temperatures and time. The Prime300 is more limited with the app. It will connect via Bluetooth for monitoring capabilities only.
3) What material is the Prime made of?
Cold Rolled Steel with high heat temperature paint.
4) What is the pellet consumption rate?
Approx ½ lb. per hour (test made at 250F higher temps will consumer more pellets)
5) Can this be used with wood chips?
No, we designed our grill to strictly use 100% hardwood pellets made for smoking.
6) Is the warming rack removeable?
Yes!

Porcelain coated cooking grid and chrome-plated warming rack.
I recently installed the EG4 GridBoss along with the EG4 18KPV inverter and EG4 wall-mounted batteries, and I’m very impressed with the entire setup. This is the Ferrari of Sauna. The quality, craftsmanship, and durability of this product is TOP NOTCH. Paired with the Harvia Heater, it is an exceptional sauna. The look is so modern and chic. Easy to clean, looks great everywhere. And the tech setup for the Harvia is so simple, I was up and running in 5 minutes. Could not recommend this more. Also. If you really want you can fit more than 3 it is quite spacious. 10/10

It’s amazing that this is a portable hot tub. It was easy to setup and looks like a permanent hot tub! It took about 2 days to heat to 104. We live in a place that snows so we added extra insulation to the panels and extra ground cover.
The jets are not super strong so I would have preferred getting the Tribeca which is less expensive and comes without jets. It does have bubbles.
But overall a great product, first of its kind I believe.
We pre ordered this sauna. It’s all put together with the help of a contractor. It took 2 guys 2 full days. We are very pleased with the sauna all together. It’s clearly top of the line. The sauna fits 2. Maybe 3 if you want to squeeze. The sauna fits well in our backyard. It adds a sense of tranquility to our favorite space. Off grid was extremely easy to work with. It was clear they put the customer first!
I absolutely love the machine. I use it everyday. I was disappointed to see some paint scratches on it when it arrived. However, after some contact with their Customer Service department we were able to sort it out. I highly recommend getting a freeze dryer!
I was in the market for a power station that has enough power and capacity to power my fridge and some essential appliances at my house. This unit is perfect for power outages! We were looking for a unit that can power our essentials during outages like TV, fridge, microwave, lights, and our wifi. This unit can also act as a UPS so nothin shuts off when the power goes down. I like to connect my solar panels to the station when it looks like the outage will be extended. GET THIS STATION! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!
System performs well in powering things and amazing hardware build quality. One issue I have with AC200Max is that I cannot control it remotely via the internet so when it shuts down due to depletion of battery and turns on again after solar hits the panels, I have no way of turning the AC output on remotely. The other thing is that it lacks portable wheels, carrying this thing is a chore. Other than that, this is a pretty good unit and for those who don't need to have the remote control, this could be your solar generator. OLS team was good and respondant on all of my questions. Overall, this solar generator offers excellent power output and capacity to run nearly anytthing you plug into it.
Wave 2 is a quiet portable air conditioner, even when you put in on Max mode. I purchase this is for my van for during the hot days during camping. Love that I can carry this to around with ease. I plan to use the heating feature once it gets colder. I'm happy with my purchase and can't wait to see how it functions on the heating side.
