Refunds & Returns Policy

At OffGrid Living Solutions, we are proud to have the best refund and return policies in the industry. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days for a refund.

If you have a problem with our order (there are missing components, damages, or the product is not functioning), please reach out to us as quickly as possible. Some of the problems can be resolved by going through the product manual or the product FAQs.


Cancel your order any time before it ships completely free of charge. IF you made a mistake and want to cancel your order, please reach out to our agents at the chat in the bottom right, email, or call us at 1-415-481-4075. As soon as possible.

Refund Time Frame:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds and Returns Process:

To return an item, you can reach out to us by email us at In the email, include the following information, your Order #, the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason of your return.

Please note, you, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes.  This includes any of the following return reasons:

  • The customer didn’t like the item (when nothing was physically wrong with it)
  • Item didn’t fit (when measurements were given)
  • Customer found a better price somewhere else
  • Customer ordered a product by mistake

The shipping return cost may be paid by us if the product falls under any of the return reasons:

  • Items are defective or not working
  • Items don’t match the description or photo
  • Wrong Items shipped
  • Missing parts and pieces
  • Product arrived damaged 

Shipping Defects

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos of damage, box and SKU, along with a brief description of the damage to Photos and videos must be sent for freight damage within 24 hours of arrival or the freight damage claim will not be valid. Any punctures, or visible signs of exterior damage must be reported within 24 hours. 

Manufacturing Defects

If there is a manufacturing defect on the product, or the product is not functioning as intended, please provide proof of the issues with either pictures or video. 

Since we order our products directly from the manufacturer, not all orders are available for return once they leave the warehouse. If the manufacturer does not allow us to return the product, we also cannot offer you a return. This is dependent on the product and brand, so please reach out to us if you have specific information on your product or brand. 

Due to increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any returns will incur an additional 25% restocking fee depending on the brand/manufacturer of the item and item size. If you plan to exchange your purchase, we may be able to help you with the costs depending on your order. 


To perform an exchange: Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item and notify our team of your original purchase order. We will work on processing the exchange.


We will process your refund once we receive your product return and verified the condition of your item(s). Please allow up to 3 business days for us to process your refund. We will notify by email when your return has been fully processed. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. Please reach out to your credit card service if the refund has not been received after the 5 business days.


Warranties vary depending upon the brand - see individual product pages for details. Warranty damages occur over time and from use. If an item was damaged upon arrival, and not reported within 30 days, that is not a warranty claim.

When you are making a purchase from OffGrid Living Solutions, you are acknowledging the following of the Agreement:

  • I understand that I must inspect the package upon delivery, and notify and take pictures if there is any damage and provide it to OffGrid Living Solutions within 24 hours of the product being delivered. If the package is missing, please reach out to us within 24 hours so we can help you locate the package.
  • I understand that I am responsible for the cost of return shipping in the case of a refund or exchange. 
  • I understand that products need to be returned unopened and unused.  An additional restocking fee may occur.
  • I understand that if my order has left the warehouse, that I am unable to receive a full refund. 
  • I understand that if I return my order once it has shipped, I will be responsible for paying any return shipping fees and restocking fees, which vary by product, but are usually around 25%. 
  • I understand that shipping date estimates outlined on product pages are estimates and may change due to factors completely outside the control of OffGrid Living Solutions.
  • I understand and agree that I will not cancel my order or file a chargeback for an order delay or because an estimate time provided to me turned out to be incorrect due to factors outside the control of Off Grid Living Solutions (such as manufacturing and logistical constraints of our partner companies).
