Shipping & Delivery
Order Processing
Once we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation email. Then we will process the order by confirming that the product is in stock and ready for shipment. If any of the items in your order are back-ordered, we will reach to you via email or phone and you may choose to either wait or receive a 100% refund.

We ship to the lower 48 continental United States only at this time.

We offer free returns in the event of an error on our part, e.g. if you receive the wrong product. *Change of mind* returns will incur a shipping and restocking fee. Cancellations, after a product has shipped, are treated as *change of mind* returns.
Do you have a lifetime warranty?
Yes, we do in the event of *manufacturing or craftsmanship defects*. Defects are limited to those resulting from the manufacturing process or production errors (stitches and waterproofing), and exclude holes, punctures, ordinary wear & tear, damage arising from (but not limited to) mold, mildew, inconsequential spot leakage, ultraviolet exposure, fire/stove/air conditioner use, other damages that may occur during improper or negligent use/assembly/storage of the product, bad maintenance, use contrary to instructions (not following the proper procedures), repair, modification or alteration by anyone other than White Duck Outdoors, if the item has been damaged on purpose or damage from extreme weather conditions including but not limited to ice, snow, hail, wind, and lightning or any other catastrophic events. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Occasionally things don’t quite go to plan. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact our customer service immediately within 15 days of shipment delivery/receipt of merchandise to initiate a return or exchange. A Return Product Authorization number or request form must be obtained from us prior to returning merchandise. Please note that no purchased items will be accepted as a return/exchange without an RPA# or written approval on the RPA request form. A copy of the original order confirmation or packing slip needs to accompany your return authorization (RA) paperwork as proof of purchase or prior approval needed. Make sure to inspect your items within 14 days of delivery, if you couldn’t due to any reason please let us know at the time of purchase. Customer will be solely responsible for any shipping cost incurred during return/exchange process. Shipping can be expensive and may vary depending upon the size and weight of your package. White Duck Outdoors reserves the right to determine the return conditions upon receiving the receipt of your authorized return and thorough inspection of the returned item. Conditions: FULL REFUND: Refunds or Exchanges are only available if the product is new and unused; packaging is intact. What fabric do you use for your bell tents?
Our Avalon Bell Tent is made from 10.10 oz cotton canvas, and the Regatta Bell Tent is built with 8.5 oz cotton canvas. Both types of bell tents are treated with a breathable, PFC-free water repellent, mold and UV resistant finish. You can also opt for the fire water repellent fabric in all bell tents except the 8' Mini Regatta and 10' Regatta.
What's the wall height of your bell tents?
The Regatta Bell Tent has a wall height of 2'7", while the Avalon has a wall height of 3".
What do your bell tents come with?
Our bell tents arrive as a complete package, outdoors ready. That means when you buy them, they come with all poles, guylines/cords and a tool kit. You also receive any possible add-ons at no additional cost. These include a stove jack, windows, bug mesh and flooring.
Do your bell tents come with a stove jack?
Yes, all our bell tents come with a built-in stove jack, except the 8' Mini Regatta Bell Tent. The stove jacks have a 5-inch and 6-inch pre-cut pattern.
Is the tent fire repellent?
You can opt for the fire water repellent fabric when selecting your tent, except if you're choosing the 8' Mini Regatta or 10' Regatta Bell Tent.
Are your bell tents 4-season tents?
Our bell tents are good to use in colder weather or in light snow. If you're in an area that faces excessive snowfall or snowstorms, it's best not to use a bell tent in those conditions.
Do you have any accessories for your bell tents, like a rain fly or awning?
We offer awnings for our bell tents. Currently, we don't have a porch or rain fly system available for our bell tents.
What kind of flooring do you use for bell tents?
The Regatta Bell Tent has a sewn-in floor, while the Avalon has a zippered floor that can be detached.
