1. Will BESTMOW work on properties with a lot of trees?
A: BESTMOW relies on advanced satellite-based navigation systems (RTK and GPS) for accurate, autonomous mowing. If your yard has significant tree coverage or a dense overhead canopy, these signals may be disrupted, which can affect the mower’s performance and precision.
While we aim to support a wide range of landscapes, properties with heavy tree cover may not be the best fit for BESTMOW at this time.
If you’re unsure whether your yard qualifies, we’re happy to help. Simply send your home address and contact details to support@bestmow.com, and our team will evaluate your property for compatibility.
2. Can I Resell My BESTMOW?
No, reselling BESTMOW is not permitted under the subscription agreement. When you subscribe to BESTMOW, you are not purchasing the unit — You cannot resell your BESTMOW under the rental, which includes ongoing support, free replacements, software upgrades, and maintenance supplies.
Because the device remains the property of BESTMOW, reselling, or transferring it to another individual is not allowed. If you no longer need the mower, you can simply cancel your subscription and return the unit — hassle-free.

3. Does BESTMOW Ship to P.O. Boxes?
No, BESTMOW does not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time. We only ship to physical street addresses within the United States and Canada.
4. How much area can BESTMOW cover with a full charge?
With a full charge, BESTMOW can typically cover over 40000 sq ft. 4 Hours of Mowing on single Charge. With regular charging cycles, BESTMOW can maintain up to1.5 acres.
5. Is BESTMOW Quiet Enough for Residential Use?
Yes — BESTMOW is extremely quiet. Unlike traditional gas mowers, it has no engine noise or exhaust sounds. You’ll only hear the light hum of the blades cutting grass.
6. How Long Will It Take to Mow My Property?
BESTMOW is designed to be your autonomous lawn partner. On a single full charge, it can cover over 4,000 square feet. But it doesn’t stop there — with regular charging cycles, it can maintain a total area of up to 1.5 acres.

I had a need for an Aqua Marin inflatable kayak on short notice due to the fact we’re going on vacation soon. Arnold and Jon were very communicative and really put up with my sense of urgency. Purchased this for a 2022 Ford Ranger Tremor. Tent is mounted on a rack made for Tacomas that was fitted to the Ranger. I also purchased the annex room. I used this configuration as a "mobile lab", when I completed the testing phase of a master's thesis on nutrition and long distance hiking. The annex was large enough to fit hikers and their gear out of the weather, while I measured body comp, vitals and drew blood samples. The tent allowed me to park and stay anywhere; my fav is the parking lot of Crackle Barrel restaurants. I get dozens of compliments on this set up; but the best is from my wife who said the mattress was better than our home's mattress. Good going Tuff Stuff!!

The instructions were a little lacking, but we were able to watch a YouTube video that helped. Very sturdy. Did need to improvise a little on the rubber grommets so it did not knock against the glass. Does not hum or vibrate going down the road. Used two two-and-a-half Rotopax fuel containers.
I was worried about space in my garage, but the EG4 Wallmount fits perfectly and looks clean on the wall. I'ts not bulky like other battery setups I've seen, and the power capacity is impressive for the size. Smooth installation with no complaints

Easy to clean, looks great everywhere. And the tech setup for the Harvia is so simple, I was up and running in 5 minutes. Could not recommend this more. Also. It’s amazing that this is a portable hot tub. It was easy to setup and looks like a permanent hot tub! It took about 2 days to heat to 104. We live in a place that snows so we added extra insulation to the panels and extra ground cover.
The jets are not super strong so I would have preferred getting the Tribeca which is less expensive and comes without jets. It does have bubbles.
But overall a great product, first of its kind I believe.
