We do not cover issues generated by shipping mishandling, normal wear and tear, (including but not limited to scratches, dents, tears, and any cosmetic degradation) and/or overloading of the tent, trailer, or the combination of the two.

Any Freespirit Recreation product used for commercial purposes is not covered under warranty.

Aircore Mattress Warranty Disclaimer While we stand behind the quality of our gear, Aircore mattresses are not covered under warranty due to the inherent variables and potential for misuse that fall outside of our control.
These include, but are not limited to:
Improper Use or Handling:Damage caused by overinflation, folding with air inside, or failure to follow proper care may compromise the integrity of the mattress.
Negligence and Physical Damage:Punctures, tears, or other damage resulting from sharp objects, abrasive surfaces, or improper cleaning methods are not considered manufacturer defects.
Atmospheric Pressure Changes:Varying altitudes and temperatures can affect internal air pressure. This may lead to overexpansion or deflation, which are natural reactions to environmental conditions—not product defects.
Incorrect Valve Operation:Failure to fully close the valve, forceful handling, or overtightening can lead to air loss or valve damage.
Excessive Heat Exposure:Direct sunlight, high-temperature environments (such as inside a closed vehicle or inside a closed tent at high temps), or contact with hot surfaces can cause damage to the materials or air chamber.
For these reasons, and to maintain the integrity of our broader warranty policy, Aircore mattresses are excluded from warranty coverage. We encourage all customers to review the included care and use instructions to get the most life out of their mattress.

Purchased this for a 2022 Ford Ranger Tremor. Tent is mounted on a rack made for Tacomas that was fitted to the Ranger. I also purchased the annex room. I used this configuration as a "mobile lab", when I completed the testing phase of a master's thesis on nutrition and long distance hiking. The annex was large enough to fit hikers and their gear out of the weather, while I measured body comp, vitals and drew blood samples. The tent allowed me to park and stay anywhere; my fav is the parking lot of Crackle Barrel restaurants. I get dozens of compliments on this set up; but the best is from my wife who said the mattress was better than our home's mattress. Good going Tuff Stuff!!
I've been using the Harvest Right Freeze Dryer. I freeze dried full meals, fruits, and even coffee for long-term storage. Perfect for homesteading, with the ability to save money and reduce wastes
The instructions were a little lacking, but we were able to watch a YouTube video that helped. Very sturdy. Did need to improvise a little on the rubber grommets so it did not knock against the glass. Does not hum or vibrate going down the road. Used two two-and-a-half Rotopax fuel containers.
I was worried about space in my garage, but the EG4 Wallmount fits perfectly and looks clean on the wall. I'ts not bulky like other battery setups I've seen, and the power capacity is impressive for the size. Smooth installation with no complaints

If you really want you can fit more than 3 it is quite spacious. 10/10

It’s amazing that this is a portable hot tub. It was easy to setup and looks like a permanent hot tub! It took about 2 days to heat to 104. We live in a place that snows so we added extra insulation to the panels and extra ground cover.
The jets are not super strong so I would have preferred getting the Tribeca which is less expensive and comes without jets. It does have bubbles.
But overall a great product, first of its kind I believe.
