Consumer returns will not be accepted unless a valid Return Authorization is first acquired from the Manufacturer. Authorized returns must be clearly marked on the outside of the package with an RA number and the package is shipped freight with pre-paid postage. 1) What are the BTUs for the burners?
When set to HIGH setting, Rear Burner BTU rating is 11,600 and the Infrared Burner rating is 9,500.
2) What kind of insulation does the pizza oven have?
Our Versa 16 has a Stainless-Steel Inner liner. This creates an air gap between the liner and the outer surface. This acts as an insulator to help cool the outer surface and hold heat inside the oven. Note: The outer surface will still get hot to the touch.
3) How can I season my stone?
Your stone will naturally season as you cook on it but one trick to quickly season the stone is to spray the stone with cooking oil LIGHTLY and allow it to cook off in the pizza oven.
4) Where’s the serial number?
The product serial number is on the rating and identification label on the bottom of the feet
5) What type of stone comes with the Versa 16 and what is the thickness?
The Halo Versa 16 Pizza Oven includes a large, Cordierite cooking stone, 1/2 an inch thick, that allows for a wide variety of cooking – from veggies and pastries up to 16” pizzas.
6) How long does the battery last?
20-26 hours depending on what battery is used. The Versa 16 also comes with an AC Adapter.
7) Can the Versa 16 Pizza Oven be used indoors?
No. The Versa 16 Pizza Oven is powered by propane gas. Therefore, the unit is for outdoor use only for consumer safety.
8) How do I clean the pizza stone?
Cleaning the stone is one of the simplest parts of taking care of your Versa 16, because you want to keep the seasoning of the surface intact. DO NOT use soap or detergent when cleaning it. Simply allow it to cool completely before cleaning it, then scrape off any excess food with a nylon pan scraper. For something more baked on and stubborn, soak the stone in hot water, then dry thoroughly. If there aren’t any food particles that could harbor bacteria on your stone, it’s clean and safe to use.

It’s amazing that this is a portable hot tub. It was easy to setup and looks like a permanent hot tub! It took about 2 days to heat to 104. We live in a place that snows so we added extra insulation to the panels and extra ground cover.
The jets are not super strong so I would have preferred getting the Tribeca which is less expensive and comes without jets. It does have bubbles.
But overall a great product, first of its kind I believe.
We pre ordered this sauna. It’s all put together with the help of a contractor. It took 2 guys 2 full days. We are very pleased with the sauna all together. It’s clearly top of the line. The sauna fits 2. Maybe 3 if you want to squeeze. The sauna fits well in our backyard. It adds a sense of tranquility to our favorite space. Off grid was extremely easy to work with. It was clear they put the customer first!
I absolutely love the machine. I use it everyday. I was disappointed to see some paint scratches on it when it arrived. However, after some contact with their Customer Service department we were able to sort it out. I highly recommend getting a freeze dryer!

This unit is perfect for power outages! We were looking for a unit that can power our essentials during outages like TV, fridge, microwave, lights, and our wifi. This unit can also act as a UPS so nothin shuts off when the power goes down. I like to connect my solar panels to the station when it looks like the outage will be extended. GET THIS STATION! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!
System performs well in powering things and amazing hardware build quality. One issue I have with AC200Max is that I cannot control it remotely via the internet so when it shuts down due to depletion of battery and turns on again after solar hits the panels, I have no way of turning the AC output on remotely. The other thing is that it lacks portable wheels, carrying this thing is a chore. Other than that, this is a pretty good unit and for those who don't need to have the remote control, this could be your solar generator. OLS team was good and respondant on all of my questions. Overall, this solar generator offers excellent power output and capacity to run nearly anytthing you plug into it.
Wave 2 is a quiet portable air conditioner, even when you put in on Max mode. I purchase this is for my van for during the hot days during camping. Love that I can carry this to around with ease. I plan to use the heating feature once it gets colder. I'm happy with my purchase and can't wait to see how it functions on the heating side.
