Warranty extension
You can extend the warranty for products purchased between January 1, 2022, and August 31, 2022, by registering on the official website on or before October 15, 2022.
Warranty cannot be extended for products purchased before January 1, 2022.
Customers who have purchased products on or after September 1, 2022 will enjoy the warranty period (with warranty extension) listed in the table above. Customers are advised to complete registration as early as possible.

Cross-Regional After-Sales Service
EcoFlow does not provide a global product warranty, and the warranty service can only be obtained at a designated EcoFlow repair center.
To repair the product in an EcoFlow repair center when the product was purchased in another region, depending on part availability, customers can obtain a cross-regional repair service at an additional charge. (Some products do not support cross-regional repair even if the customer is willing to pay for the service. For more details, please contact EcoFlow Support.)
A cross-regional replacement service is not available for different versions of the same product.
The customer will need to bear customs duties, taxes, customs clearance, and other costs incurred for a cross-regional repair, regardless of whether it is the warranty or paid repair service.

The charging speed has been improved from full charge in 80 min to full charge in 56 min. 3. The waterproof rating has been upgraded from IP20 for the whole product to IP20 for the whole product and IP65 for the battery cells. 4. The EPS switchover time has been improved from 30 ms to 10 ms UPS. 5. The noise level has been reduced from <35dB at 600W and <45dB at 1200W within half a meter to <30dB at 600W and <40dB at 1200W. 6. It can now perform wireless hybrid operation with a 1.8KW generator (EcoFlow Smart Generator 3000 (Dual Fuel)) and supports automatic start-stop with just an AC cable. 7. Added a low-light detection circuit. 8. Yes, bypass mode output is supported, and it is enabled by default. It can also be disabled in the app. If the grid power is unstable and may cause improper functioning or damage to appliances, you can enable this setting in the EcoFlow app for appliances that require high-quality power output. For example, this mode allows you to use only the AC output power from the extra battery for speakers.
Once the local electricity rates are set up in the EcoFlow app, enabling TOU mode allows the system to consider factors such as electricity price differences, optimal charging times, and solar charging to fully charge the device.
EcoFlow DELTA 3 or DELTA 3 Plus can be charged through tthe AC input port, XT60 input port, and XT150 port. You can select an extra battery based on the required capacity. The XT150 connection cable is used to connect the XT150 port on the back of the device. The maximum expandable capacity is 5024VWh (the device itself has 1024Wh with only one extra battery port,allowing connection to the largest extra battery, EcoFlow DELTA Pro 3 Extra Battery (4000Wh), expanding the capacity to 5024Wh).

Nice compact power station. Works great for small electronics and lights during our weekend getaways. I just wish the AC output was slightly higher, but for what it is, it’s awesome.
Installation was straight forward and easily understood. Connecting to USB was not very clear but eventually got through it. There needs to be more options when connecting to LiFePO4 batteries on the menu when not using the communications cable.
The instructions were a little lacking, but we were able to watch a YouTube video that helped. Very sturdy. Did need to improvise a little on the rubber grommets so it did not knock against the glass. Does not hum or vibrate going down the road. Used two two-and-a-half Rotopax fuel containers.
