Do you have a lifetime warranty?
Yes, we do in the event of *manufacturing or craftsmanship defects*. Defects are limited to those resulting from the manufacturing process or production errors (stitches and waterproofing), and exclude holes, punctures, ordinary wear & tear, damage arising from (but not limited to) mold, mildew, inconsequential spot leakage, ultraviolet exposure, fire/stove/air conditioner use, other damages that may occur during improper or negligent use/assembly/storage of the product, bad maintenance, use contrary to instructions (not following the proper procedures), repair, modification or alteration by anyone other than White Duck Outdoors, if the item has been damaged on purpose or damage from extreme weather conditions including but not limited to ice, snow, hail, wind, and lightning or any other catastrophic events. Occasionally things don’t quite go to plan. What fabric do you use for your bell tents?
Our Avalon Bell Tent is made from 10.10 oz cotton canvas, and the Regatta Bell Tent is built with 8.5 oz cotton canvas. Both types of bell tents are treated with a breathable, PFC-free water repellent, mold and UV resistant finish. You can also opt for the fire water repellent fabric in all bell tents except the 8' Mini Regatta and 10' Regatta.
What's the wall height of your bell tents?
The Regatta Bell Tent has a wall height of 2'7", while the Avalon has a wall height of 3".
What do your bell tents come with?
Our bell tents arrive as a complete package, outdoors ready. That means when you buy them, they come with all poles, guylines/cords and a tool kit. You also receive any possible add-ons at no additional cost. These include a stove jack, windows, bug mesh and flooring.
Do your bell tents come with a stove jack?
Yes, all our bell tents come with a built-in stove jack, except the 8' Mini Regatta Bell Tent. The stove jacks have a 5-inch and 6-inch pre-cut pattern.
Is the tent fire repellent?
You can opt for the fire water repellent fabric when selecting your tent, except if you're choosing the 8' Mini Regatta or 10' Regatta Bell Tent.
Are your bell tents 4-season tents?
Our bell tents are good to use in colder weather or in light snow. If you're in an area that faces excessive snowfall or snowstorms, it's best not to use a bell tent in those conditions.
Do you have any accessories for your bell tents, like a rain fly or awning?
We offer awnings for our bell tents. Currently, we don't have a porch or rain fly system available for our bell tents.
What kind of flooring do you use for bell tents?
The Regatta Bell Tent has a sewn-in floor, while the Avalon has a zippered floor that can be detached.

I had a need for an Aqua Marin inflatable kayak on short notice due to the fact we’re going on vacation soon. Arnold and Jon were very communicative and really put up with my sense of urgency. They shipped my kayak immediately and I received it 3 days later. I really appreciate the great communication and cooperation. By the way it’s an Aqua Marina Tomahawk Air-K and it’s gorgeous. I’m not new to these inflatable kayaks so I can see how superior and well built this thing is.
Purchased this for a 2022 Ford Ranger Tremor. Tent is mounted on a rack made for Tacomas that was fitted to the Ranger. I also purchased the annex room. I used this configuration as a "mobile lab", when I completed the testing phase of a master's thesis on nutrition and long distance hiking. The annex was large enough to fit hikers and their gear out of the weather, while I measured body comp, vitals and drew blood samples. The tent allowed me to park and stay anywhere; my fav is the parking lot of Crackle Barrel restaurants. I get dozens of compliments on this set up; but the best is from my wife who said the mattress was better than our home's mattress. Good going Tuff Stuff!!
I've been using the Harvest Right Freeze Dryer. I freeze dried full meals, fruits, and even coffee for long-term storage. Perfect for homesteading, with the ability to save money and reduce wastes
The instructions were a little lacking, but we were able to watch a YouTube video that helped. Very sturdy. Did need to improvise a little on the rubber grommets so it did not knock against the glass. Does not hum or vibrate going down the road. Used two two-and-a-half Rotopax fuel containers.
I was worried about space in my garage, but the EG4 Wallmount fits perfectly and looks clean on the wall. I'ts not bulky like other battery setups I've seen, and the power capacity is impressive for the size. Smooth installation with no complaints

I recently installed the EG4 GridBoss along with the EG4 18KPV inverter and EG4 wall-mounted batteries, and I’m very impressed with the entire setup. The integration between all the components was seamless, and the system has been running reliably and efficiently since installation. This is the Ferrari of Sauna. The quality, craftsmanship, and durability of this product is TOP NOTCH. Paired with the Harvia Heater, it is an exceptional sauna. The look is so modern and chic. Easy to clean, looks great everywhere. And the tech setup for the Harvia is so simple, I was up and running in 5 minutes. Could not recommend this more. Also. If you really want you can fit more than 3 it is quite spacious. 10/10

It’s amazing that this is a portable hot tub. It was easy to setup and looks like a permanent hot tub! It took about 2 days to heat to 104. We live in a place that snows so we added extra insulation to the panels and extra ground cover.
The jets are not super strong so I would have preferred getting the Tribeca which is less expensive and comes without jets. It does have bubbles.
But overall a great product, first of its kind I believe.
We pre ordered this sauna. It’s all put together with the help of a contractor. It took 2 guys 2 full days. We are very pleased with the sauna all together. It’s clearly top of the line. The sauna fits 2. Maybe 3 if you want to squeeze. The sauna fits well in our backyard. It adds a sense of tranquility to our favorite space. Off grid was extremely easy to work with. It was clear they put the customer first!
