WARRANTY: 12-month worry-free warranty(can be extended to 24-month by registering on our website) and 30-day money-back guarantee. All Pecron products are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects. We will pay for the repair or replacement of parts and labor for 12 months from the date you receive your product. We stand behind every item we make, 100%.

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
If we application to intercept a package is successful, you may be charged an interception fee of US$20.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept return for US/CA/EU orders. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after the receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from the Website.
For all other purchases, please contact the retailer/distributor you purchased from directly and follow their return policy.

If the goods are returned to repair or replacement due to product failure within 1 year of receipt, we will bear the freight.
If it exceeds 1 year but is still within the warranty period, the product needs to be sent back for repair. The customer will bear the return shipping cost, and we will bear the repair cost and the shipping cost of resending it to the customer. (If the machine is artificially damaged, the customer will bear the cost of the accessories and shipping fee)

For international order, return accepted only for wrong or defective products intimated within 48 hours of delivery

Customer should be responsible for the (return) shipping cost in the following situations

• Change of mind after order is shipped out or ordered the wrong item.
• Returning items claimed to be defective but found to be in proper working condition by Pecron quality control.
• Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)
• After 1 year of signing for the product, if need to send the product back to us for repair or replacement.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Q1: How do you ship your product?

Q2: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days after full payment is received, and the shipment will take about 2-7 business days. (Please contact customer service for out-of-stock products / PRE-ORDER and non-US orders for shipping times)

Q3: What is your return policy?

We accept return for domestic(US/CA/EU) orders. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after the receipt of the product.

Q4: Why my PECRON is not charging through solar panel?

1. The working voltage of the panel is not in the following range: DC5521 Port: Voc 12V~30V / 150W Max /7A Max.
2. 2*XT60-M Port: 3000W Max / 2*Voc 32V~150V / 1500W Max / 20A Max.
3. The battery level is close to 100%.
4. The "+ -" poles are connected incorrectly.
5. The solar panels have volts but no amps(less than 0.7A), this could be caused by internal faults of the panel itself, poor weather condition, or placed under shaded area.
