All EcoFlow products purchased come with a limited warranty. BY USING ECOFLOW PRODUCTS, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THE ECOFLOW LIMITED WARRANTY.
The warranty period started when the original purchaser received the products.
Warranty extension
You can extend the warranty for products purchased between January 1, 2022, and August 31, 2022, by registering on the official website on or before October 15, 2022.
Warranty cannot be extended for products purchased before January 1, 2022.
Customers who have purchased products on or after September 1, 2022 will enjoy the warranty period (with warranty extension) listed in the table above. Customers are advised to complete registration as early as possible.

Cross-Regional After-Sales Service
EcoFlow does not provide a global product warranty, and the warranty service can only be obtained at a designated EcoFlow repair center.
To repair the product in an EcoFlow repair center when the product was purchased in another region, depending on part availability, customers can obtain a cross-regional repair service at an additional charge. (Some products do not support cross-regional repair even if the customer is willing to pay for the service. For more details, please contact EcoFlow Support.)
A cross-regional replacement service is not available for different versions of the same product.
The customer will need to bear customs duties, taxes, customs clearance, and other costs incurred for a cross-regional repair, regardless of whether it is the warranty or paid repair service.
The battery cells and BMS in EcoFlow RIVER 3 and RIVER 3 Plus support IP54 protection, providing extra peace of mind during use. However, the entire product is not waterproof.
EcoFlow RIVER 3 and RIVER 3 Plus support USB-C output up to 100W but do not support charging via USB-C. The EcoFlow RIVER 3 Plus Smart Extra Battery EB300 (286Wh) and EcoFlow RIVER 3 Plus Smart Extra Battery EB600 (572Wh) support both charging and discharging via USB-C up to 140W.
EcoFlow RIVER 3: Not supported. EcoFlow RIVER 3 Plus: Can be expanded by connecting to EcoFlow RIVER 3 Plus Smart Extra Battery EB300 (286Wh) or EcoFlow RIVER 3 Plus Smart Extra Battery EB600 (572Wh).

Output power: EcoFlow RIVER 3 Plus supports 600W output power, with X-Boost up to 1200W. EcoFlow RIVER 3 supports 300W output power, with X-Boost up to 600W. 2. Capacity: EcoFlow RIVER 3 Plus has a capacity of 268Wh, and RIVER 3 has a capacity of 245Wh. 3. Functionality: EcoFlow RIVER 3 Plus can be expanded by connecting to one EcoFlow RIVER 3 Plus Smart Extra Batteries: EB300 (286Wh) or EB600 (572Wh), increasing the capacity to 572Wh and 858Wh respectively. You can enable silent mode in the app under Settings -> Input/Output Settings -> AC Charging Speed. In this mode, the AC charging power for EcoFlow RIVER 3 is reduced to below 50W, and for EcoFlow RIVER 3 Plus, it is reduced to below 80W, minimizing noise.

I had a need for an Aqua Marin inflatable kayak on short notice due to the fact we’re going on vacation soon. Arnold and Jon were very communicative and really put up with my sense of urgency. They shipped my kayak immediately and I received it 3 days later. I really appreciate the great communication and cooperation. By the way it’s an Aqua Marina Tomahawk Air-K and it’s gorgeous. Purchased this for a 2022 Ford Ranger Tremor. Tent is mounted on a rack made for Tacomas that was fitted to the Ranger. I also purchased the annex room. I used this configuration as a "mobile lab", when I completed the testing phase of a master's thesis on nutrition and long distance hiking. The annex was large enough to fit hikers and their gear out of the weather, while I measured body comp, vitals and drew blood samples. The tent allowed me to park and stay anywhere; my fav is the parking lot of Crackle Barrel restaurants. I get dozens of compliments on this set up; but the best is from my wife who said the mattress was better than our home's mattress. Good going Tuff Stuff!!

The instructions were a little lacking, but we were able to watch a YouTube video that helped. Very sturdy. Did need to improvise a little on the rubber grommets so it did not knock against the glass. Does not hum or vibrate going down the road. Used two two-and-a-half Rotopax fuel containers.
I was worried about space in my garage, but the EG4 Wallmount fits perfectly and looks clean on the wall. I'ts not bulky like other battery setups I've seen, and the power capacity is impressive for the size. Smooth installation with no complaints

I recently installed the EG4 GridBoss along with the EG4 18KPV inverter and EG4 wall-mounted batteries, and I’m very impressed with the entire setup. The integration between all the components was seamless, and the system has been running reliably and efficiently since installation. The GridBoss makes grid interaction smooth and dependable, while the 18KPV inverter delivers plenty of power for my needs. The wall-mount batteries are compact, well-built, and hold charge efficiently. This is the Ferrari of Sauna. The quality, craftsmanship, and durability of this product is TOP NOTCH. Paired with the Harvia Heater, it is an exceptional sauna. The look is so modern and chic. Easy to clean, looks great everywhere. And the tech setup for the Harvia is so simple, I was up and running in 5 minutes. Could not recommend this more. Also. If you really want you can fit more than 3 it is quite spacious. 10/10

It’s amazing that this is a portable hot tub. It was easy to setup and looks like a permanent hot tub! It took about 2 days to heat to 104. We live in a place that snows so we added extra insulation to the panels and extra ground cover.
The jets are not super strong so I would have preferred getting the Tribeca which is less expensive and comes without jets. It does have bubbles.
But overall a great product, first of its kind I believe.
We pre ordered this sauna. It’s all put together with the help of a contractor. It took 2 guys 2 full days. We are very pleased with the sauna all together. It’s clearly top of the line. The sauna fits 2. Maybe 3 if you want to squeeze. The sauna fits well in our backyard. It adds a sense of tranquility to our favorite space. Off grid was extremely easy to work with. It was clear they put the customer first!
