Product Warranty, Shipping & Return Policy
Rise Garden Product Warranty
Each of our indoor gardens is backed by a 3-year warranty covering hardware components and a separate 3-year warranty for electronic components, both guarding against any defects in materials and craftsmanship. These warranties are effective starting from the purchase date. For electronic components, the 3-year coverage is valid for gardens bought on or subsequent to October 1st, 2023. Any gardens acquired prior to this date will be provided with a 1-year warranty for electronic components.
To be eligible for a warranty replacement you must have proof of purchase (order number or email confirming purchase) and be the original owner of the Indoor Garden.
Additionally, Rise Garden warrants its replacement parts ordered from Rise Gardens to be free of defects in manufacture or materials for a period of thirty-six (36) months from date of purchase. Replacement parts must be purchased through Rise Gardens or an authorized reseller to qualify for the warranty. Use of non-approved replacement parts void the Indoor Garden product warranty.
Damage due to normal wear and tear, improper or negligent assembly, maintenance, accident, abuse, improper or abnormal use, and relocation is not covered under the warranty.
System failures related to plants that grow too large, are not maintained, and interfere with the normal functioning of the Garden's system are not covered under this warranty.
Damage Reporting
To report an issue with, or damage to, your Rise Garden, please contact us at info@offgridlivingsolutions.com, with a description of how the damage occurred and at least two, clear and well-lit photos of the affected area.

Germination Guarantee - Seed Pods
All our Seed Pods come with a 1-year germination guarantee, which covers defects in materials, workmanship, and guarantees successful germination of seeds for up to one year from date of purchase with proper storage and use.
To be eligible for replacement you must have proof of purchase (order number or email confirming purchase). This guarantee shall not apply to problems arising from:
- Germination attempted in a system other than a Rise Gardens' Nursery
- Germination of seeds not provided by Rise Gardens
- Failure to adhere to Seed Pod instructions and/or our Quick Start Guide
- Improper use, maintenance or storage of Seed Pods, or use of materials not provided by or recommended by Rise Gardens in or on the plants grown
This guarantee excludes all incidental or consequential damages. Rise Gardens may replace a non-germinating Seed Pod with another Seed Pod of its choosing or a credit of equal value.
To report an issue with Seed Pods, please contact us, at info@offgridlivingsolutions.com, with details of the affected Pod(s) and at least two, clear and well-lit photos of the affected Pod(s). Please allow Seed Pods at least 14 days to attempt to germinate in your Rise Garden Nursery before reaching out.

With our Rise Garden membership, we offer free shipping to your door for any order over $30. Tracking information will be sent to you as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Return Policy:
We take great pride in the quality of our goods. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 90 days of receiving the order for a full refund less the cost of return shipping. All items must be unused and in their original condition and must be shipped back in its original box and packaging.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear.
In the event that an item arrives defective or damaged, please let us know immediately upon receipt and we will make it right.
If you purchase a membership with your garden the membership can only be returned if you return the garden. We will be unable to return your membership after you have purchased it for any other reason.

Rise Garden® Product FAQs
1. Is this Garden modular?
Yes! The New Rise Garden has a modular design that allows you to scale the size of your Garden from 1 level to 3 levels. In a Single Garden, you can add additional levels at any time. You can also utilize 8-pod Tray Lids and 12-pod Tray Lids to increase the harvesting yield from your Garden.
2. How much food can I grow?
Each level comes equipped with Tray Lids that allow you to grow 12 plants in each level of the Garden. You can expand capacity with our 12-pod tray lids and gro up to 36 plants per level.
3. Do I need previous knowledge of hydroponics to be able to operate a Rise Garden?
No matter your expertise level, or what you're looking to grow, we have an indoor garden that is perfect for you! Now you can grow your favorite herbs and veggies year round!
4. How often do I need to put nutrients into my Garden?
Our smart Rise Gardens App makes calculations each week to help you add nutrients into your Garden. When running “Care,” the app will instruct you to add a combination of Sprout, Thrive, Blossom, and pH Balance that is customized to your Garden!
5. Why do I need Rise Gardens Nursery?
We´ve designed our Nurseries to be the perfect humid, warm environment that is optimal for germination and creating strong, resilient plants. Additionally, it allows you to grow your Garden in "stages" so that you can harvest your plants all around the same time, rather than harvesting your shorter-life plants (like lettuces) before you harvest your longer-life plants (like basil). 6. Is there storage space inside the cabinet?
Yes, there is some storage space inside the cabinet for room to store your plant nutrients and your extra seed pods.
7. What seeds do I get with my Garden?
You will receive 16 complimentary seed pods with the purchase of your Garden. These seeds will be an assorted mix of lettuces, herbs, and leafy greens. If you’d like to purchase some additional seeds to grow in your Garden, you can browse our available varieties here . Or, if you’d like to grow plants that are not available on our website yet, you can purchase Seedless Pods here . Note that our seed varieties have been tested and approved by our Plant Scientists to grow well in a hydroponic environment. We cannot guarantee that other plants will grow well using our hydroponic system.
