This is flexible tubing. Even after installation, it may sag and twist vs. the straight connection you would see when using a pipe or PVC to plumb in the system.

We have found ways to improve our product, like increasing the tray's flexibility while preserving the heavy-duty standard. This extra flexibility reduced the risk of corner chipping on the trays, making them even more indestructible! We were even able to redesign the tray's appearance by adding a thumb notch and thicker tray walls giving them added strength and durability.
We've also been able to speed up product development, improve quality control and reduce our carbon footprint by lowering shipping miles.
All USA Made 1020 trays, 1020 microgreen trays, 1020 Mesh Trays, 1010 Trays, air pruning trays, six-cell plug insert trays, and 2.5" seed starting pots have a 2-year warranty to be free from defects.
To ensure quality, wetest our productsat real working farms. If it doesn't break, it's ready for your farm. Then, the testing continues with you. Bootstrap Farmer relies on hardworking growers' expert feedback to continue to improve our products and offerings.
Of Note: The sun degrades all plastic. This warranty does not apply to trays left bare in the sun for extended periods. This warranty applies to and is warranted for cracks and degradation due to an inadequacy in manufacturing.
Color fading under light is normal and not covered under warranty. Some colors will fade more quickly than others. While all plastics are sensitive to natural sunlight degradation, all of our trays are made with a UV-resistant additive to help reduce and slow this effect.
How to Order Replacement Trays?
Our trays are made to hold up to commercial use. If they chip, crack or degrade in the first two years, we will send you a replacement. We want our customers to know they can rely on the quality of our products and that we want you to use the best. Email us at contact@bootstrapfarmer.com, and our friendly customer support team will ensure you get a new sturdy tray replacement. This warranty is complimentary for the first two years after your purchase.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable or sanitary goods such as seeds, flowers or growing media cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that have been customized.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Q: Are the heights between the shelves adjustable?
A: No, the height on the shelves is set because of the plumbing.
Q: What is the approximate shipping price for the GROW RACK - AUTOMATED VERTICAL PROPAGATION RACK, 3, 4 and 5 tiers to San Diego, California?
A: There will be no shipping charge for this to San Diego, CA.
Q: Can I buy just the irrigation?
A: At this time we don't offer the indivdual parts for sale. The only parts that we have for sale are the rack trays
Q: Do I need to put attach this to any plumbing in my home, or is it standalone/ self sufficient/has its own?
A: The reservior will need to be filled with a hose initially and as needed to keep it full. Otherwise it is self sufficent. There is also an adapter that allows you to pump the water outside via a hose as needed for cleaning.
Q: Is it possible to control the amount of water that fills into each tray?
A: Yes, each tray has a seperate flow control valve.

Purchased this for a 2022 Ford Ranger Tremor. Tent is mounted on a rack made for Tacomas that was fitted to the Ranger. I also purchased the annex room. I used this configuration as a "mobile lab", when I completed the testing phase of a master's thesis on nutrition and long distance hiking. The annex was large enough to fit hikers and their gear out of the weather, while I measured body comp, vitals and drew blood samples. The tent allowed me to park and stay anywhere; my fav is the parking lot of Crackle Barrel restaurants. I get dozens of compliments on this set up; but the best is from my wife who said the mattress was better than our home's mattress. Good going Tuff Stuff!!
I've been using the Harvest Right Freeze Dryer. I freeze dried full meals, fruits, and even coffee for long-term storage. Perfect for homesteading, with the ability to save money and reduce wastes
The instructions were a little lacking, but we were able to watch a YouTube video that helped. Very sturdy. Did need to improvise a little on the rubber grommets so it did not knock against the glass. Does not hum or vibrate going down the road. Used two two-and-a-half Rotopax fuel containers.
I was worried about space in my garage, but the EG4 Wallmount fits perfectly and looks clean on the wall. I'ts not bulky like other battery setups I've seen, and the power capacity is impressive for the size. Smooth installation with no complaints

It’s amazing that this is a portable hot tub. It was easy to setup and looks like a permanent hot tub! It took about 2 days to heat to 104. We live in a place that snows so we added extra insulation to the panels and extra ground cover.
The jets are not super strong so I would have preferred getting the Tribeca which is less expensive and comes without jets. It does have bubbles.
But overall a great product, first of its kind I believe.
