1. How to replace and clean components inside?
Burner
First, pull out the wires of ignition needle and sensor needle. Second, unscrew and take off the flame shield. Third, unscrew the part connecting the burner and gas water valve, burner and inner shell and clean out the dust. Before putting back the panel, ensure that all parts are connected, especially the O-ring seal. For your safety, please use soapy water test on connection between burner and gas water valve, then operate the machine on lowest flame and highest flame. This will help you check for gas leak.
Thermostat
Pull out the wires on the thermostat, and unscrew the thermostat. The new thermostat should be good contact with the inner shell and remember to insert the wires back on it.
Gas Water Valve
Unscrew the gas water valve with a wrench and a phillips screwdriver; Then unscrew the ground wire and disconnect all the terminals between ignition box and other parts. Before putting back the panel, please ensure that all parts are connected, especially the ground wire. For your safety, please use soapy water test on connection between burner and gas water valve, then operate the machine on lowest flame and highest flame. This will help you check the gas leak. Clean the heating plate on the heat exchanger. When the exchanger is no longer working, it needs replacement. Before you cover the panel, use soapy water test for gas leakage.
Ignition Box

Purchased this for a 2022 Ford Ranger Tremor. Tent is mounted on a rack made for Tacomas that was fitted to the Ranger. I also purchased the annex room. I used this configuration as a "mobile lab", when I completed the testing phase of a master's thesis on nutrition and long distance hiking. The annex was large enough to fit hikers and their gear out of the weather, while I measured body comp, vitals and drew blood samples. The tent allowed me to park and stay anywhere; my fav is the parking lot of Crackle Barrel restaurants. I get dozens of compliments on this set up; but the best is from my wife who said the mattress was better than our home's mattress. Good going Tuff Stuff!!

The instructions were a little lacking, but we were able to watch a YouTube video that helped. Very sturdy. Did need to improvise a little on the rubber grommets so it did not knock against the glass. Does not hum or vibrate going down the road. Used two two-and-a-half Rotopax fuel containers.
I was worried about space in my garage, but the EG4 Wallmount fits perfectly and looks clean on the wall. I'ts not bulky like other battery setups I've seen, and the power capacity is impressive for the size. Smooth installation with no complaints

Easy to clean, looks great everywhere. And the tech setup for the Harvia is so simple, I was up and running in 5 minutes. Could not recommend this more. Also. If you really want you can fit more than 3 it is quite spacious. 10/10

It’s amazing that this is a portable hot tub. It was easy to setup and looks like a permanent hot tub! It took about 2 days to heat to 104. We live in a place that snows so we added extra insulation to the panels and extra ground cover.
The jets are not super strong so I would have preferred getting the Tribeca which is less expensive and comes without jets. It does have bubbles.
But overall a great product, first of its kind I believe.
We pre ordered this sauna. It’s all put together with the help of a contractor. It took 2 guys 2 full days. We are very pleased with the sauna all together. It’s clearly top of the line. The sauna fits 2. Maybe 3 if you want to squeeze. The sauna fits well in our backyard. It adds a sense of tranquility to our favorite space. Off grid was extremely easy to work with. It was clear they put the customer first!
