The product serial number and\/or invoice reference will be used to determine whether the item is still covered within its original warranty period, or extended warranty period if applicable. Providing the goods are covered by the warranty term you will be issued with your RMA reference number. Securely pack the device along with a copy of the RMA form you will be issued.
