Order Processing

Once we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation email. Then we will process the order by confirming that the product is in stock and ready for shipment. If any of the items in your order are back-ordered, we will reach to you via email or phone and you may choose to either wait or receive a 100% refund.

Description

The GoSun Fusion™ is the world's first solar oven that can also cook without Sun. A hybrid solar + electric oven runs on sunshine or 12 Volt from your car, boat, RV.  


Solar cooking without compromise

Cook, fry, steam, bake, or boil - all with the power of the Sun. Built to harness the heat of the Sun, the Fusion cooks a meal for 5 inside the evacuated tube. At temperatures over 400˚ F, this solar oven can cook a meal anywhere the Sun shines.

Ready to heat

If you're out of sunlight, plug the Fusion into a 12V source to power the 150 watt heating element. Use GoSun solar chargers to harness the power of the Sun to cook day and night.

All-weather performance

Cooking under full sun is always nice with a solar cooker, but GoSun operates under a wide range of conditions; cloudy, freezing, muggy, snowing, windy, dusty, you name it, nothing is off limits. Now, with the electric heater, the cooking never ends.

Product Warranty, Return & Refund Policy 

Go Sun Product Warranty, Return & Refund

Overview

GoSun Inc. extends this Warranty to the original end-use purchaser of GoSun products* (including GoSun Go, GoSun Sport, each a “Product”) or the person receiving a Product as a gift, provided that the GoSun Product was purchased from an Authorized Dealer as defined below. The Warranty does not extend to any other person or transferee. Statutory or common law may provide additional rights or remedies that vary from state to state, and country to country, which are not affected by this Warranty.

The Warranty is voided if product is purchased from any unauthorized reseller or non-licensed GoSun dealer.

Scope of 1-Year Warranty

Product failures claimed, submitted, reviewed and approved by GoSun, within one year of original purchase, will convert into a One-Time Credit to the purchaser. The One-Time Credit is then applied to a replacement part to be sent directly to the purchaser’s address of choice. This Credit for may not be used toward any other GoSun products such as GoSun Apparel and accessories. Note that GoSun regularly changes the models, and styles of its Products and cannot guarantee the availability of an exact replacement for any Product. The Purchaser may be responsible for the cost of shipping and handling fees to receive their replacement tube. The exact cost for shipping and handling will be covered during the warranty claim process.

Terms & Conditions

By submitting this warranty request, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
• In the case of Fraud or Misrepresentation, GoSun reserves the right to deny all warranty coverage or claims.
• Risk of Loss- GoSun is not responsible for any Product that is lost in shipping and not actually received by GoSun. To avoid unnecessary delays and minimize the possibility of a lost Product, we strongly suggest that you use the return label provided to you by GoSun’s online warranty system to send your Product to GoSun. No warranty will be provided for any Product not actually received by GoSun.
• GoSun reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a defect is a manufacturing defect and what type of credit or replacement shall be issued, if any.
• All warranty Products sent to GoSun will not be returned to you for any reason. Defective Products may be subject to engineering analysis and recycling, as part of our continued commitment to improving the quality of our products and the environment.

Return Policy

*If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase,  GoSun backs all Gosun Products with a One Year Guarantee*.

You can send your item back within one year. Please Send your item back to Gosun ATTN: Customer Service 5151 Fisher Place, Cincinnati, OH 45217 Include your Name, email, and order number . Return will be processed within 72 hours of receipt.

Returns are available only to customers that purchased directly from gosun.co.

If you are not happy with your purchase, whether it’s quality or performance or you dropped it off a cliff, we will replace it for free or give your money back.

To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be lightly used or the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging and include receipt or proof of purchase.

The operation of the Harvest Right Home Freeze Dryer is simple and straightforward. I like using the touchscreen to choose the food type that needs to be freeze dried. Once everything is set up, you can just let the machine run and let the magic work. The unit is solidly built, but hefty weight.
The unit appears to be very solidly built, befitting its hefty weight and high quality component. I've tried freeze drying fruits, veggies, meats, ice cream sandwiches, smoothies, and YOGURT. Overall, great product if you plan to preserve alot of food!
