Product FAQs
Bluetti AC60P Product FAQs
1. What does the IP65 rating mean?
The IP or Ingress Protection Rating measures how resistant a device is to solids and water. The first digit of the rating indicates the level of protection of the enclosed device against the intrusion of foreign objects, such as dust, tools, or fingers. The second digit represents the protection level against moisture intrusion. And the IP65 rating means that the AC60 is protected from total dust ingress and low-pressure water jets from any direction.
2. What's the difference between Silent, Standard and Turbo Charging modes?
These are the AC charging modes of the AC60. Each mode has a different input power and charging time, as shown in the table below. While the Silent charging mode is the quietest, with a noise level of no more than 45dB.
Charging Mode |
Input Power |
Charging Time |
Silent |
160W |
3-3.5 hrs |
Standard |
255W |
2.1-2.6 hrs |
Turbo |
600W |
1.2-1.7 hrs |
3. Why is the charging power often too low?
AC60P has a built-in intelligent BMS that automatically adjusts the charging power in response to the battery temperature and SoC, thus protecting the battery and extending its service life.
4. Can it charge and discharge at the same time?
Yes
5. How do I know whether my devices will work well with this product?
Please evaluate the total constant load of your devices. If it doesn't exceed the Max. output power of AC60P (600W), you can use this power station to run your devices.
Note: Some devices with built-in motor/compressor may start at 2-4 times the rated power, which can easily overload the AC60P.
6. How fast can I charge the AC60P?
The AC60 supports a maximum input of 600W. Plug it into a wall outlet, turn on the Turbo Charging mode on the BLUETTI App, and you can charge it up in 1.2-1.7 hours.
7. What kind of solar panels should I choose for AC60P?
Please refer to the following requirements:
1. Total open circuit voltage: 12-28V
2. Max. input power: 200W
3. Equipped with MC4 connectors.
Highly Recommended:
1× BLUETTI PV120: ≈ 3.9-4.3 hrs*.
1× BLUETTI PV200: ≈ 2.5-3 hrs*.
* For reference ONLY.
8. Can I use or charge AC60P in sub-zero temperatures?
