Natural Action Warranty
The Natural Action limited lifetime warranty coverage of (10) years covers manufacture defects or quality issues. It is also accompanied by a 90 day customer satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery. The warranty does not include misuse, abuse, sunlight damage, improper installation, freeze damage, natural disaster or blemishes from the manufacturing process.
(Order and serial numbers are not required. Providing order and serial number data will help facilitate processing the registration. Most serial numbers are etched on the body of our units or on a label. Our Portable Units do not have serial numbers.)

Only products ordered directly from the NaturalAction.com website, our Amazon store or an authorized dealer are eligible for warranty coverage.
- Natural Action is not liable for improper installations. We recommend using license and bonded installer on all home, pool, under-sink, commercial units. Misuse or improper installation may void your warranty and possibly cause subsequent water damage at your own liability.
In no event shall Natural Action or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, incidental, direct, indirect, special and consequential damages, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use this Natural Action product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
