Warranty extension
You can extend the warranty for products purchased between January 1, 2022, and August 31, 2022, by registering on the official website on or before October 15, 2022.
Warranty cannot be extended for products purchased before January 1, 2022.
Customers who have purchased products on or after September 1, 2022 will enjoy the warranty period (with warranty extension) listed in the table above. Customers are advised to complete registration as early as possible.
Exclusions and Limitations
This warranty does not apply:
· Non-quality related issues;
· Items purchased from unauthorized resellers;
· Purchases without valid proof of purchase;
· Items that have been refunded;
· Items that have expired their warranty period;
· Any defects or damages caused by misuse of products, unauthorized modification, dis-assembly or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals;
· Any defects or damages caused by exposure to excessive heat, liquids or other external causes;
· Any defects or damages caused by reliability or compatibility issues when using unauthorized third-party parts;
· Lost or stolen products;
· Free products.
Cross-Regional After-Sales Service

EcoFlow does not provide a global product warranty, and the warranty service can only be obtained at a designated EcoFlow repair center.
To repair the product in an EcoFlow repair center when the product was purchased in another region, depending on part availability, customers can obtain a cross-regional repair service at an additional charge. (Some products do not support cross-regional repair even if the customer is willing to pay for the service. For more details, please contact EcoFlow Support.)
A cross-regional replacement service is not available for different versions of the same product.
The customer will need to bear customs duties, taxes, customs clearance, and other costs incurred for a cross-regional repair, regardless of whether it is the warranty or paid repair service.

Can I connect more than one power station together in series? (For all power stations)
Yes, we recommend connecting 2 same units in series at most. Furthermore, please also note: 1. The slave unit must be fully charged before being connected. 2. Must not charge the main unit when the slave is connected.
Can I connect EcoFlow power stations to my house electric panel directly? (For all power stations)
Yes, but please note: - The transfer switch should be connected to the power station's AC output port; - You should disconnect the circuits from the grid before they are supported by the power station; - The total power consumption of the circuits should not exceed the output power rating; - The output will not be grounded if the power station is not connected to the grid.
How to store and maintain Ecoflow power station
1. To prolong the battery life, we recommend that you use and store the product in an environment of 20°C to 30°C, away from water, heat, and metal objects. 2. For long-term storage, discharge the product down to 30% and then charge it up to 60%. Continue to follow this procedure every 3 months. Units that are not charged and discharged for more than 6 months will no longer be covered under warranty. 3. For safety reasons, please do not store this product in an environment above 45°C or below -10°C over a long period.
Why is the power station charging slowly? How can I solve this?
1. If the temperature is too high, turn off the unit or stop the load, this will let it cool down. 2. If the temperature is too low for charging, place the unit somewhere warmer or let electrical appliances discharge it for a while. 3. The charging power of the unit is related to the battery level. When the unit starts charging from 0% or is about to be fully charged, it is normal that the charging power is low.
Why does the car charging port not output any power?
1. Confirm whether the DC switch is turned on, and the DC switch will light up to indicate it is on. 2. Try to replace the head of the charger to see whether the cable is faulty 3. If none of the above methods work, provide a video explaining the fault and contact support.eu@ecoflow.com
I’m so impressed with my SMALL Harvest Right Freeze Dryer kit I purchased a few months ago. Every batch has been not only perfect, but faster than expected. It’s the right size for my small household of one (plus two dogs). Why did I need one? Because — food security (grid down prepping), long shelf life of most edibles, “fast food” options, no more food waste, no need for lots of freezer space or tedious canning chores. Purchased this for a 2022 Ford Ranger Tremor. Tent is mounted on a rack made for Tacomas that was fitted to the Ranger. I also purchased the annex room. I used this configuration as a "mobile lab", when I completed the testing phase of a master's thesis on nutrition and long distance hiking. The annex was large enough to fit hikers and their gear out of the weather, while I measured body comp, vitals and drew blood samples. The tent allowed me to park and stay anywhere; my fav is the parking lot of Crackle Barrel restaurants. I get dozens of compliments on this set up; but the best is from my wife who said the mattress was better than our home's mattress. Good going Tuff Stuff!!
I've been using the Harvest Right Freeze Dryer. I freeze dried full meals, fruits, and even coffee for long-term storage. Perfect for homesteading, with the ability to save money and reduce wastes
The instructions were a little lacking, but we were able to watch a YouTube video that helped. Very sturdy. Did need to improvise a little on the rubber grommets so it did not knock against the glass. Does not hum or vibrate going down the road. Used two two-and-a-half Rotopax fuel containers.
I was worried about space in my garage, but the EG4 Wallmount fits perfectly and looks clean on the wall. I'ts not bulky like other battery setups I've seen, and the power capacity is impressive for the size. Smooth installation with no complaints

I recently installed the EG4 GridBoss along with the EG4 18KPV inverter and EG4 wall-mounted batteries, and I’m very impressed with the entire setup. The integration between all the components was seamless, and the system has been running reliably and efficiently since installation. Easy to clean, looks great everywhere. And the tech setup for the Harvia is so simple, I was up and running in 5 minutes. Could not recommend this more. Also. If you really want you can fit more than 3 it is quite spacious. 10/10

It’s amazing that this is a portable hot tub. It was easy to setup and looks like a permanent hot tub! It took about 2 days to heat to 104. We live in a place that snows so we added extra insulation to the panels and extra ground cover.
The jets are not super strong so I would have preferred getting the Tribeca which is less expensive and comes without jets. It does have bubbles.
But overall a great product, first of its kind I believe.
We pre ordered this sauna. It’s all put together with the help of a contractor. It took 2 guys 2 full days. We are very pleased with the sauna all together. It’s clearly top of the line. The sauna fits 2. Maybe 3 if you want to squeeze. The sauna fits well in our backyard. It adds a sense of tranquility to our favorite space. Off grid was extremely easy to work with. It was clear they put the customer first!
